Ps.  These were taken in the Shawnee National Forest which is over 280,000 acres in size.  Within that lies Camp Ondessonk.   Shawnee is for the most part it’s untouched because it’s so remote and one of the best ‘kept secret’s’ in Illinois.  If you like wilderness, you will like this place.
