I was so excited when I got asked to shoot a wedding at the Missouri Museum. In college I worked there as a docent and have a lot of fond memories of that place. Now I have more to ad.

Love them! Can’t wait to see the rest : )
This was quite a year. I didn’t realize just how many people I have meet and how many places I had been until I started going through everything for this post. This year I saw tears, ate a lot of tic tacs, had my first camera break at a wedding (I had two more
), told the parraot joke at least 50 times, drove across the country on a massive road trip to shoot a wedding, at so many yummy pieces of cake and cup cakes at receptions and had my customary Streak n Shake after I leave the receptions many many times, recharged my batteries more times that I can remember, dropped a 2,00o lens on its glass but luckly only the hood was damaged, changed my standard wedding tie to a skinny black tie, went through several cases of energy drinks on wedding day, set my 5 alarms to get me up on wedding morning faithfully, made a pledge I broke almost everytime to get all the equipment packed up early so I could get goo sleep before a wedding, got lost 20 miles from home but ironically found everthing at the Rhode Island wedding I shot with no issues, pulled out my s95 at a wedding and took some of my favorite pictures of the day with it, stayed up to the wee hours of the night after a wedding so excited looking at the pictures, and did I mention the tic tacs? ![]()

Looks like you had a rad year man. There is some in there that are out of this world. Great eye!
The day after the wedding on Easton Beach in Newport, we went out to 3rd beach. It was tucked away on a backroad admist these tall whiffs of green grass on a bed of perfect white sand. This was a spectular setting.

Nice work! What a beautiful wedding. Did you use VSCO on these?
And now, now its supposed to snow. Grrr. I refuse to accept it. If it snows I will think only of this warm photo taken from the beach. I will not look outside. (Denial is apart of the healing processs
